1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Digital Sport ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the digitalsport.io website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

5. Free Websites for Football Clubs

Digital Sport provides free websites for grassroots and lower-tier professional football clubs. By accepting a free website from Digital Sport, football clubs agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their club, including name, location, and league
• Maintain the website with relevant and appropriate content
• Not use the website for any illegal activities or content that violates these Terms
• Allow Digital Sport and its media partners to display advertising on the website
• Acknowledge that Digital Sport retains the right to modify or discontinue the service

Digital Sport reserves the right to suspend or terminate any club website that violates these terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory

Digital Sport and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of said jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

14. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site.
